IMPORTANT:
In order to secure the apartment, you will need everyone in your group to sign ALL paperwork and pay the Security Deposit. You will need to make an appointment to drop off the following:
1.) The lease agreement signed by all members in your group
2.) The security deposit for each member of your group
3.) The guarantor form for each member of your group
The apartment goes to whichever group turns in ALL these items for ALL members of their group first! We do not hold apartments!!!
