Leasing Process:
1.) Take a "virtual tour" of the apartment style(s) you are interested in (see links above)
2.) Call our office at 603.652.1104 to request an in person tour, OR, you may lease just based on the virtual tour. You do not need to tour in person if you would like to move forward after the virtual tour, but of course you are welcome to tour in person if you wish. We will have some information for you over the phone.
3.) After the phone call, we will email you the lease.
IMPORTANT:
In order to secure the apartment, you will need everyone in your group to sign ALL paperwork and pay the Security Deposit. You will need to make an appointment to drop off the following:
1.) The lease agreement signed by all members in your group
2.) The security deposit for each member of your group
3.) The guarantor form for each member of your group
The apartment goes to whichever group turns in ALL these items for ALL members of their group first! We do not hold apartments!!!
