*Parking spaces are a separate lease agreement and are available to tenants who have signed leases on a "first come, first served" basis.
**Utilities are included but capped. Electricity is capped at $20.00 per person per month. Heat/Hot Water is capped at $20.00 per person per month. Water/Sewer is included with no cap. Cable TV/Internet is not included in the rent. Tenants are only responsible for paying the excess over the cap.
Leasing Process:
This year, we are making every effort to limit the number of in person showings as much as possible. To lease an apartment you must complete the following steps:
1.) Take a "virtual tour" of the apartment style(s) you are interested in (see links above)
2.) Call our office at 603.652.1104 to request the lease. We will have some information for you over the phone.
3.) After the phone call, we will email you the lease.
In order to secure the apartment, you will need everyone in your group to sign all paperwork and pay the Security Deposit. You will need to make an appointment to drop off the lease. At this appointment, as long as all paperwork and payments are in hand, we can show you the apartment in person. After you have seen the apartment, you will have the opportunity to hand in the paperwork and secure the apartment, or you can choose to not move forward.
